a little advice for a semi-newbie?

hey all im new to riu although i have been reading religiously for a while now, gaining knowledge in prep for my first grow, i have it all planned out, converted fridge, cfl's, bubbleponic system, 4 plants etc. i have experience in bonsai and have studied horticulture and botany but thanks to a workplace accident what used to be just for fun has now become an area of huge interest, i guess everyone here knows what that's like...
just trying to decide what strain and where to get it from, i live in australia and need a good strain or two to be grown strictly to the highest quality and not quantity for different medicinal reasons, first i need a good motivational strain, get me off my ass when needed and a good cerebral high too... i also need a great couchlock/sedative strain for night and to be made into different meds aswell for me and others so does anyone have any suggestions of a good seedbank or strains? i was thinking trainwreck, jack herrer, white widow and super lemon haze?
and any ideas on a good range of organic nutes available in s.a?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, im looking at introducing some much needed strains to my area and focus on producing the most killer green possible, ive got all the time in the world on my hands and the experience just need some advice!
ill be more than willing to share knowledge/experience/grow reports and maybe even strands with other locals?

look at the left side, look at the 100% sativa's , those are the energetic ones , i CAN give you a Destroyer seed, but first i have to breed it so i get atleast 100 of them , ( my summer plan )

Sativas are for energie and up lifting high , the other one is to be a couch potatoe style >

do a google search for , Marijuana canada seeds, there website is based from the UK and does canada too ( not u.s.a ) you said, super lemon haze, thats pretty good , also the arjan haze #2 its high thc and even high CND .

Some seeds with high THC levels include Amnesia Lemon, LSD, Mazar x White Rhino, Pure Power Plant (PPP), and White Domina.

hey bonzing, cheers for the advice, i definately want a couple of good sativa strains for a daytime smoke and for others ill be helping out and a couple of indica strains too for oils and wax too
i have some experience and want to try a few strong strains and select the strongest pheno's to invest some real time into so i can produce the best possible quality then once i have it stable ill be more than happy to share seeds and grow journals so i can keep than one 'in the bank' so to speak and introduce some new killer strains to my fellow south aussies that way i can move on and start on a new strain etc etc so i eventually end up with my four favourites
that's the long term plan at least.... if you serious about starting up a share-trade then by all means pm me, im more than happy as long as it ends up with better quality smoke for all!
