A little help please with my LR2

My 2 LR 2 seeds sprouted yesterday- in rapid-rooter plugs- under T5HOs. I am gonna grow under my HPS. Should I put them under it right now and start 18/6, or leave them where they are on 24/0?? Thanks:peace:

Its honestly up to you, I use 18/6 for my Autos, Only because I like to give them a rest period, but you can use any light schedule you like 24/0 20/4 18/6 12/12, Dose not make a difference.
