a little help

well im thinking about starting to grow my own personals. i have a low buget, but i have done quite a bit of reserch. i am thinking about growing snowryders for my first grow. and im going to use cfl for lighting. so
1. what watt bulbs should i use
2. were could i get some cheep fans
3. what should i use for nuts
i am also thinking of making a mini hydro system that i saw on youtube, how large should i make it? or should i plant in soil.

If this is your first grow you may want to try soil. It is much more forgiving of mistakes. I do not use cfl but have read here that it is better to use many small ones than fewer big ones. I hear people talk about the 23 watt cfls creating less heat.

well thank you, i herd soil is much more forgiving also, i was thinking to do it in soil also for the first, and thank you for the watts ill need to read more in to it but you gave me a start

I would reccommend starting out with soil also. Hydro is like a fast sports car, great if you know what your doing but can soon become a disaster if you dont.
Most growing equipment you can get off ebay for a decent price.
Keep reading on here and check out some grow journals to get an idea of what others are using. Good luck to you.
