h My garden shed is split into two sections one for veg and one for flowering. The veg section is extractor fans the usual stuff. However I have since discovered in the veg room which has a 25 both sides of the room, which is covered in mylar. The reflector type is ( http://www.thebigshop pro-reflector-p-675.html). All my devices are plugged into one of those RCB breakers Any idea’s why I’m getting this shock? How can I prevent this? Do I need to provide an earth? Thanks in advance

Doh. My copy and paste didnt quite work.......
My garden shed is split into two sections one for veg and one for flowering. The veg section is narrow. I have one electric cable running into the shed and it provides a feed to both rooms. Which contains fan's, extractor fans the usual stuff. However I have since discovered in the veg room which has a 250 watt cfl, that when I touch the bulb reflector I get a very small shock, now it is very small. The reflector touches both sides of the room, which is covered in mylar. The reflector type is ( http:// now it is very small. The reflector touches both sides of the room, which is covered in mylar. Take a piece speaker wire and connect on end to your hood and the other to something grounded. It seems you got a little electric leakage. Ground the hood and all will be good.

You may also want to verify your outlets are actually grounded. If not, there is a problem.

Do not take that "little" shock for granted. With the right conditions, high humidity, not having shoes on, touching water at the same time...That little dog can have one hell of a bite if you don't fix the problem.
Bare wire wrapped onto a plane metal paperclip and clip on to hood.
Other end of wire onto METAL water pipe either wrapped around it multiple time or held in place with a metal hose clamp.

That is a completely different DIY project involving relays and smoke detectors. I see from the pics you linked that your in a country that uses 220 volts as the normal electrical feed. We use 120 volts for normal things so I am unable to give guidance on that type of project. Maybe others who live on that type of power grid can jump in.
