a month and a half old, doesn't look the best, pics- advice please

First grow, one plant two 65watt cfls. Ive had this plant for awhile and i just recently got lighting. The plant looks a little skimpy though, so i wanted anyones advice who would help.

You said 65w.. thats the equivalent right.. so a 13w CFL...(60w reg)... I'd repot in bigger pot and bury up to the bottom leaves.... water every 3-4 days...
If you're using 65w eq, I'd try to get two 26w CFL's(100w eq) on a Y splitter ($15.00 for all) .. putting a fan on it will help strengthen the stem...
looks pretty healthy...Luck.

added 2 100 watt cfls w/ reflectors. I also started another plant. Check out the pix.
