A New Crib Or Apart?

hey RIU im in the process of gettin my own place, but my dad was a curtious man

. Im looking to get my own place to grow indoors, i live in the MW so the cost of living is about average. I'v seen ppl growing in appartment's on riu but i dont think that'd be my best option..or would it?
My income is about 900 a month, give or take a bill, but what would be my best option for sustainable growing w/o interference from any owner/landlord.
Would it be to rent a house, in an appart., or lease a house?

any good advice will be much appreciated

I've been pondering the same question. i too am about to move my grow room somewhere a little more private. Here's the conclusion I've come to: buy a small house or rent one that is owned by someone who lives somewhere else. You would be surprised how many places you can find that have landlords that rarely/never check up on the place because they live so far away. Find a house with a basement.

If you were just going to be doing a small, personal grow just buy a dresser/cabinet that you can fix up and add a lock to...

for me...rent a house...hopefully with a basement
