a newbie in need of help FAST

Ok lastnight,I changed over to young plants about a month old to a bigger pot.They where a little to long and weak so I buired the steams to keep them standing up right.when I check them this morning one plant lower leaves where sagging a lil but that was all.now I checked them about 15 mins ago the same plant looks like shit the tops are welting dry and ridged and it looks like its on its last leg I have no clue what to do PLEASE HELP NOW!!!!

How often do you water? what soil and nutes are you using?

When I transferd the plant I didn't water them at all.I just watered the plant a few mins ago thow.... Is it possible that I damaged the roots when I transferd it....

could be in shock

the soil you put it in was dry if so thats when you should of watered.

Would shock make it go so bad so quickly?

yeah keep the lights on it 18/6 and see what happens
