a newbie in need of help FAST

Ok lastnight,I changed over to young plants about a month old to a bigger pot.They where a little to long and weak so I buired the steams to keep them standing up right.when I check them this morning one plant lower leaves where sagging a lil but that was all.now I checked them about 15 mins ago the same plant looks like shit the tops are welting dry and ridged and it looks like its on its last leg I have no clue what to do PLEASE HELP NOW!!!!
 
When I transferd the plant I didn't water them at all.I just watered the plant a few mins ago thow.... Is it possible that I damaged the roots when I transferd it....

Yes I think you probably damaged the roots when transplanting:lol:When transplanting you water first so the dirt stays together better:lol:18oz solo cups should be squeeze at the bottom to loosen then up before popping then out:lol:They may or not may recoverbongsmilie
