A problem with The Attitude, any ideas?

Okay so I ordered 10 feminized super lemon haze seeds from the 'tude by credit card, and got 3 extra seeds thrown into the mix as a bonus.

In 8 days I got the package (which I thought was pretty quick) and found that I had gotten my seeds, or lack of, really.

They only shipped me 5 super lemon haze seeds but included the 3 extra bonus seeds. When really I should of gotten 10 super lemon haze seeds and 3 extra bonus seeds.

I emailed them my problem. They emailed me back within a day and explained they were sorry for the trouble and they would get everything fixed. They asked me in the email to take a picture of the front of the seed package and the back to show a hand written number on it. I did, in fact, I took 4 pictures. One of just the package, one with a close up of the number, one with a real zoom up of the number, and the back. I attached it to the email and sent it to them.

They have not responded in three of their business days. Am I just being paranoid of being ripped off? Should I resend the email? (I'll kind of feel like a dick if I resend it.)

I don't know, any suggestions would be appreciated.

you should be fine i order from them all the time give it this week if not get in touch wiv them i ordered my seeds on saturday an the arrived today no problems ive heard people complaining that 1 of there seeds were crushed told them and they sent them some free seeds so i wouldnt worry to much they will sort it

Alright, I guess I just expect to get ripped off so the delay in response seems longer than it really is. Well, thanks for the imput. It's nice to hear from someone who has had experience with them.

I ordered 3 months ago and still haven't got my order and they have stopped responding to my emails. Lucky you still got your seeds.

I thought I should give an update:

Turns out I was being too impatient.
I got an email today saying they would reship it. I wonder if they offer tracking on this order, and if they do stealth.

see i told you they would sort it any 1 who says they havent got there seeds obviously gave false names or have had there shit seized

I've been in a discussion with them for a week now, starting the 11th or 12th they stopped responding, I think they got busy or something. Hope they respond soon

That happened to me too, but they eventually responded. Just remember the time difference when you check your emails. They open at 3 AM eastern time and close at around 11 am eastern time. I'm pretty sure they will get back to you though 'cause they got back to me.

Lets see ordered on july 26th,they posted on july 28th and got the beans on aug 3.
I find it hard to belive,since i have ordered from them 7 times in the last month alone.
And have gotten it all.

That happened to me too, but they eventually responded. Just remember the time difference when you check your emails. They open at 3 AM eastern time and close at around 11 am eastern time. I'm pretty sure they will get back to you though 'cause they got back to me.

Ya, i searched around and found that you were having the same issue so I feel better.

I had a problem with their email too. I started a thread about how attitude sucks... I got tired of waiting and someone suggested I call, so I did. They said they were having email trouble. But now they are just behind. they even sent my like 15 emails in about 5 minutes.

I'll be hoping you get your order fixed!
