A question on growing unnoticed

Evening people, I'm just the regular weed taker you might imagine: I do it sometimes on weekends with my friends, we just listen to music and talk bullshit. :blsmoke:

The problem is the availability where I live. It's expensive and practically near impossible to get when you want. :cry: I've come to think about growing my own stuff which brings me to my REAL problem: I live with my father.

So I was wondering here, would it be possible to grow Lowryder #2 at our attic unnoticed? I can do the curing elsewhere, so the smell isn't a problem at that point. I'm just seriously worried with the odors while growing.

I've heard that Lowryder #2 grows pretty easily, you can fuck things up and still end up getting some buds. I'm not a "heavy-user", so I really would be happy just to get that 5 grams for 8 weeks of growing and have a few fun weekends with my friends.

So, would it be possible to grow some Lowryder at our attic unnoticed by my father or other possible visitors? Nobody barely ever goes there, it's the smell I'm worried about. What kind of precautions should I take? Any "special equipment"? (keeping in mind I do have a budget)

I grow lowryder ak47 and pheeeew it stinks. You can get a good bit from them if you do it right.

yea. id suggest getting a 250w hps and growing from seed. veg like 4-8 plants for 3 weeks then put them in 12/12 light. very easy to do if done simply and properly. grab yourself some nutes if u like. im assuming since it's an attic there's a vent or duct to the outside...so you need to make sure the heat gets out that way and that uve got a fan up there circulating fresh air around. good luck!

Cant be done you will get caught, i know this for 1 reason, am older than you and yipp i got caught, by a big dad, bad times, now live alone and always grow with only close friends giving a visit to smoke bad ass gangster earb good times, dont do it, get your own place.

Unless anyone knows a species that grows with an odor unnoticeable?

u should be thinking about odor control (carbon air filters ect...) not a low odor strain. however u will surely get caught though regardless. try an outdoor guerilla grow in the spring

Same here, getting caught sucks but you can always grow outside!(In the summer)

won't your dad get suspicious anyways when you're constantly going up into the attic?

Anyways, it really depends on the size of your attic. If you can hide it in the far corner near the ventilation duct the odor won't be a problem. Seriously, maybe its just me an my contractor's background, but I don't see odor being any sort of problem. Granted, that's if you're doing a very small grow. If you're trying to mass produce that's another story, and then of course you have bigger issues like trying to hide the hick in the electric bill.

Honestly though, and its a bit of work, but cutting into some duct work and attaching some piping with an inline fan and you won't smell a thing if you grow in a box that's well sealed. You need to know what you're doing though, God forbid you route into some ducting that is directing air into your house...that would be a disaster.

Its entirely possible though, with the right knowledge. It will end up being more expensive than you think though, considering the cost of materials needed to hide it.
