A+++service and unmatched customer satisfaction

Just wanted to day how amazed I was with Haze.io. From start to finish they had impeccable service and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what i was looking for "and then some". I never had a company check back up with me to make sure everything turned out the way I had hoped. I ended up having a bad accident and rough patch in my life and it felt good to know they were there to help out inn any way they could. You just don't find companies like this anymore. A++

Great customer service? I just went to their website and when I went to ask a question on their chat the little chat bot "FLO" LIED TO ME PRETENDING A PERSON WAS THERE!! It goes "How can I help you".. So I type out my long hard to write question and the Flo chat bot replied back saying they weren't there right now leave an email address so they can get back to me. This website is engaging in shady business practices and it seems the smart thing to do is not deal with them..

There are many small online businesses that do this.. It gives the appearance of customer support! I have personally done this myself, it's just a way to speak to them if they are online and a way to quickly E-mail them if they are not. Nothing shady..

Yea I'd have to agree, the chatbot thing seems pretty standard, there's usually only a few people behind seed banks and they can't live camped on their PCs lol....

I have to say Haze.io's @JayBaker is always on here giving away great stuff and offering deals, like this, seems like good people to me :)

I'm really sorry about this! Flo has actually been covering the live chat today, but we did have some on and off problems with our internet connection today, which is why he couldn't get back to you on time.

The system we're using sends out an automated message to you after a certain amount of time, so we can make sure that your answer gets answered even if we currently can't answer the live chats.

Went ahead and put in a test order, instant reply email confirming my order. They take CC for all you that dig that form of payment and a couple others. Bitcoin wasnt on the list but the price with shipping was cheaper than anyone on the net and offset my fav form of payment. Had a little trouble navigating the site from a mobile source but I was able to find what I needed.Update on delivery....

Update... 10 days and my order still hasnt shipped out. Said item was is in stock and they have it. Now I cant even find it on the website. Not looking good.
