..means its female, yes?

My plant, ever since a sproutling has had a calyx with a hair popping out of every internode.
The mom of this plant(the one that hermied itself with just a few pollen sacks and produced only maybe 50 seeds) also showed sex since a sproutling.

Im assuming all of my the seeds from that plant are female??

Has anyone grown a strain that shows sex verryyy early?

:peace:

Hey saw that noone even tried to help ya out with this one saw thought id update it for ya!

The calyx's always dont have to have two pistils or even one, you can get a calyx that has no hairs coming out of it in the very early stages of preflowering...I had the same thing going on with mine..some had one then some had none and some had two..

As for the seeds being all female im not 100% sure but i think if i remember correctly they will all be feminised seeds but like i said im not completely sure..Hope this helps a little bit!!..GOOD LUCK!

Are you sure it's not just the beginnings of branches and not preflowers?
No no no.
The plant is almost 4 feet tall, and ive been growing it since january.
Its not the begining of branches, theres already branches at the internodes with a calyx at every one.

Even at the very tops when the very first leaves are coming up, theres a calyx with white pistils.

I know that it is a female, ive known that since it sprouted.

What im asking is, has anyone heard of a plant doing this, or find it kinda weird.

I have never heard of this happening.

this sounds like hermie to me.
i had a female go hermie.
i grew the seeds and the seeds were hermie, too , because the mother was.
anyway when the hermie seeds grew, they had a clax on every other internode.
id say from what you wrote, that your plants are hermie.
any pics?.

some strains will show sex in vegg if you know what to look for.

so are you saying, your seeds are from a hermie plant.
and you have sprouted the seeds from the sent hermie plant?.
and your seeds/plants are now hermie?.

As far as the mom being a hermie, she produced big buds dense buds, with verrryyyyy little hardly any male pollen sacks.
There was very few seeds for how big the plant was.

And i do not think that the plant was naturally a hermie.
I grew it inside and i fucked up the lights a few times, thats why im growing outside now=]
Another idea is, i think i let it ripen too long before harvesting, and i have heard of plants going hermie after a certain amount of time.

Well, i went and checked on just now, and shes started to pre-flower:mrgreen::mrgreen:

So i guess we will see soo enough.

However i really hope she does not turn out to be a hermie.
I started growing her in january inside, and moved her outside once the last chance of frost was gone.
She was topped multiple times, she has about 10 main tops, with the very bottom branches being as high as the top.
Ive put alot of work and love into her.

Lets cross our fingers yes?

hmm sounds weird, i knowfrom experience that if you see huge calxyses with about one or two hairs coming out i can also be a forming seed, i have only seen this a couple weeks into flowering tho
