Thank ya! back in the day when i had a decent sized plant would of produced maybe 5 Oz's outdoors i ran a air pump with a T and had loose soil, thanks to a coco blend. I ran the air lines down to the root ball. Never got to test the results. I was a newbie back then and thought every thing under the sun helped out.

Always some one has to dare some one into some thing. lol That actuly sounds pretty much on the correct side.

"beach" How long did you say you have been watering like this?

Go ahead and kill your plants. Carbon dioxide acts as an acid in water (carbonic acid) and your pH will fall like a brick off a cliff. Try this experiment. Pour a glass of tap water and drop a few drops of pH testing solution to it. Now add some carbonated water to it and watch that pH drop! It's pretty cool to watch because the color goes from yellow to red almost instantly and then back to yellow once the carbon dioxide has come out of solution. Try it out!

me,..a few days. my buddy recommended it,...his shits bomb. but like ive said,..i dont want to be responsible for someones failure,..so let me do it for a few more days,...or weeks and ill let you know then. as an acid in the soil,..ph dropping,...that may be good if my ph was too high right? maybe thats why ive had pos results.

the levels of Co2 required to be of any benefit to a plant are not accomplished in any ideal form from carbonated/spritzer/sparkling water. furthermore, if your grow is well ventilated, it will literally do nothing, it won't have time to linger unless the ventilation is disabled. also, the substance dehydrates the plant and it's acidity is insane. Given these facts, it is my opinion such a practice would stunt the plants growth and it is an experienced, observed fact that the plants tend to show signs of burn if applied regularly.
