i will admit i got a bit confused half way through it i had two things i wanted to wright down and just ended up quoting the container...

i may have got them in the wrong order but thats basically what i said.. so i doubt it would have.

but true i still fail to see how what you wrote is any different from what i wrote...

if you could read yud notice the info u gave is exacly the same as mine, but in the right order and a bit better explained..
i put it in lamen turms and brief notes on when to use them for a noob..

you dont wanna get something thats going to boost what your already using too much... try get some pure potassium so u can just add it to what your using thats one choice...

id just try find the thing with the most iin it or a slow release perhaps
