All the best indicas in the world are from this region and you should be growing outdoor in the mountains. Most good smoking strains are from Pakistan/Afghan.
I agree with you 100% but the thing is that I am basically talking about the kind of weed you can score on a daily basis. And the quality of that weed. If you go venture in mountains in North India I'm sure you will find some awesome stuff. But because I'm in south India and have no time because I'm a college student, I cant go venturing. Plus sometimes the locals don't like other people on there land. There are some killer strains here but its grown horribly wrong.
