I know those are Titles, ive been a mod/admin on many forums before and you can set it for posts/ranks, thats basically all it is.

Thats kind of what I was thinking; Most of the time Mods and Admins get custom titles also.

YA mods and admins can change it, anyone with special rights can.
Like on the forum i ran there was a VIP system where you would pay 15$ a month for and you would get exclusive access to great unleaked tutorials, good free products, and a vip badge and yo could change your custon title! it was pretty cool.
