About to Start Flowering. What Light Schedule to Use?

Hey guys I'm planning on beginning flowering my little ones probably tomorrow. I have 3 plants and plan to have ~6-7 23W CFLs.


Anyways, I've been running them 24 hours a day the entire veg cycle. Is there an optimal lighting schedule for flowering for plants that ran under 24hr/day light, or does the standard 12 on/12 off suffice?


Also, to trigger the veg cycle i leave them in complete darkness for 24hrs correct?

you should by now know that you can stick them straight into 12/12

I dont do the darkness thing ... i just switch to 12/12 and let em go . good luck
