Absolute beginner - is this flowering?

Yes. Mini fridge within a pool shed. Small extractor fan leading outside and a passive in vent. My shit looking plants are prob down to a few things - during veg I had to leave them a week without water, I have no idea what I'm doing with nutrients and I'm running 18/6 in the middle of winter, so while they are relatively warm most of the time, they are dropping below 12c for a few hours each day.

Your not gonna make it to a real harvest bud. Those plants have no leaves and what they do have will all be yellow and dead In 2 weeks for sure. Not trying to attack you. You should Def start a journal with your grow plans and start over getting some advice. You should just move those out and start some new ones

They don't look like they are getting any air as someone said above. You have an exhaust fan... where is your air intake? Your really not exhausting anything if you aren't taking in anything

How do you ventilate the fridge inside the shed itself? Plant metabolism requires fresh air circulation

Just a passive intake vent down the bottom of the fridge. Shed is pretty open though so I thought that would enough. Might have to put another hole in the shed and draw air from outside by the sounds of it.

You need to force air into and out of the fridge. Passive is not good enough in that situation. You have no air flow. In turn high Temps and high humidity. They need fresh air constantly.
