Abusive Og seed fell out of Top Shelf Nugg, How do I handle the seed?

I picked up a total of 3 oz of Abusive Og from a clinic over the weekendand out of the 3 oz a seed fell out of one of the nuggs. I looked online and I cannot seem to find anyone who carries the abusive Og seeds. The meds that I got were truely amazing. The piney og smell of this abusive is the most pungent og I have smelled since I came across tahoe og and venom og. The buds are a 10 out of 10 for density and look. It appears the the bud grew very well and very healthy, so this seed must be a big fluke to have popped out of the bud. I wanted to ask the community what kind of value does this seed have to me? I know the chances of this seed being a hermie is quite good, but I am not exactly sure on the exact percentages. If the seed is, how would I go about converting the strain back into a female? It always interested me greatly when I heard how Og Kush was created from seeds that were found in Chemdog 91' in Lake Tahoe. I was curious as to how you do this? thank you

I dont think there is anything you can do to change what ever sex is predetermined in your seed . There are ways of turning a female into a hermie ... but thats about it . Chances are very good that if thats the only seed you found - It will be a female for ya anyway : )

I am going to baby this seed dearly. Hopefully the seed will be a female, and I will turn it into a mother.

you can buy the tahoe og seeds in california. The Seedling is shooting up very fast. 4 days ago she was just put into a napkin to germinate, and 2 days after the sprout, she is 3 inches tall. I hope I got a monster genetic out of this. I will take some pics tomorrow. I put the seedling in a root riot plug with GH rapid start and atami root booster. I am hoping to the heavens that its female.

Now I was wondering, if the seed does turn out to be a hermie, could i use collodial silver at the beginning of putting her into flower to feminize the seeds she produces?

oh no, not this round seed is a male and a seed with a whatever shape is a female theory again??

acually there seems to be something to that .. The shape of the seed seems to be a better shot than trying to make it a female . No I cant prove that either ... thats why I dont claim it as a fact ......

maybe your right. i was just giving the op some info that i have read. plus if the bibles right and your wrong the op has a very nice plant commin his way.

Even if it turns out as a male the genetics for some quality cannabis are there. Female?...great.. clone the crap out of it. Male?..Isolate it, harvest the pollen until you have a female that shows promise, it will just take longer for that pheno to emerge from the progeny.

if sex was predetermined in seeds, how can you explain hermies?? if hermies are present in cannabis, which we all know they are, the seeds must have both sets of genetics, male and female in them to begin with, if not, how can you explain a male plant turning femaile, or a female plant turning male?? male and female chromosones surely aren't dropping out of the sky the last time i checked..

I have almost the same story but got more than one seed out of some Flo. All 8 seeds were female, no shit. This indicates to me his plant went hermie and dumped a little pollen on itself cereating FEMINIZED seeds esentially. More likely to go herm? Not likely. All mine stayed female, even after getting moved TWICE for a home inspection. I moved them out of the photoperiod twice and back into the photo period twice. NO HERMS. Just dank herbs.

Long story short I can almost gurantee its a female seed of it was a fluke. Happy growings.
