accident flowering

Hi, i was wondering if i accidently switched to 12 hours for about 3 days now, any chance i can switch back to 18 hours for another week? my guys are not tall enough, and i musta been brain dead when changing water last time.

Yes you can do this but it does cause some stress on the plant, but they will happily go back to veg.....

i will lose some yield? how much? hopefully not alot...
