accidentally started flowering my clones, they have only just started showing pistils, should i switch the timer back or will that make them hermie?

I would switch them back.

They shouldn't hermie, unless they are a strain that has that trait.

Your plants should be fine. People who grow from seed will switch lights to 12/12 to force sex identity and then females are switched back to 18/6 or 24/7 and the males are tossed.
