This isn't gonna cause them to herm is it or reveg is it? 5th week of flower and I was half awake i went in to look at my seedlings and habitually flipped the switch. The lights had been off for like, 4 hours. They are in a tent inside the room, but I have the intake holes open for my fans so light definitely went through. It's fine. A few seconds of light doesn't matter. A few minutes doesn't matter, just get in and do what you need to and switch them back out.
Appreciate it. I would cry if I made it this far and they hermed or something.

A few minutes over a couple of days will cause herm. This is usually just the plants that have that tendancy. If it was once for a few seconds, I wouldn't worry.

It would have been a very quick flash. They are in a tent like I said so the only way light got in from the room was through the exhaust fan at the top. I'm sure they got a quick bit of light I just didn't know how much causes them to herm or just reveg or what not.
