Accidently forgot to switch from Mh to Hps for nearly three weeks

So I was really busy the month of December.. I cut my lights to 12/12 but completely forgot to switch my bulbs. It was about three weeks into flowering under the mh bulbs before I realized.. They are under the hps now for only the past three days, but it seems there's a huge change in my flower production. Theres still at least 5-6 weeks left of flowering.. just freaking out because Im used to getting 2 1/2 to 3 Oz's per plant. I think I really screwed my yield up, or maybe I'm just worrying to much about it.. I know that some people use mh during the beginning of flowering to stop stretching and then switch to hps. Does anyone have at least 6 yrs of growing experience that can give me an educated answer on how much yield loss I may have. Or what I may end up with? Thanks.

There is lots of growers that get great results from flowering under MH. In fact the whole topic of which is actually better is quite debatable. Personally I like to use both, one MH to two HPS.

what were you running for a light schedule before the switch?
i ask because if running 24hrs id expect it to take about 3 weeks before im seeing buds anyways.
if running 18/6 i would expect my nuggs in 2 weeks

so i would say no harm done. dont worry about it. you people really need to stop freaking out over little stuff like this.

It's thrown about that leaving your MH in for the first 2-3 weeks of flowering will help reduce the stretch. I used this method.

They were under 24hrs. Also "You people really need to stop freaking out". Really? Who are you? If mine and others growing concerns are an inconvenience to you then don't bother trying to help.. I don't give a shit who you are or how many years a person has been growing, everyone is ganna run into issues or concerns a long the way. Let's not act all perfect there buddy! Thanks anyways! Its pretty important that I have some left next harvest! I nor anyone else likes paying for it.

most of your issues and concerns are based off nuthing more than grow room myth. so ya if you people dont learn to stop freaking out over the little things your gonna be a neurotic mess. youll always be trying to overcompensate for a problem caused by your overcompensation.
