Ace of Spades Stretch

Does anyone willing to answer my question have experience with Ace of Spades?

I'm running three clones of Ace of Spades. The best lady is being reserved for mothering, but I am eager to start flowering. I have about 6' of workable space under a 1000 watt HPS. I have 600 watt HPS's to add light intensity, and they seem to be doing vigorously right now under one 600 watt MH and one 600 watt HPS for vegetative growth.

My question is how much stretch can I expect? Ace of Spades is Indica dominant, but up to a good 40% Sativa. Given the pure Indica is supposed to double in height, and the pure Sativa can triple, not to mention Subcool's description of AoS as a heavy-yielder, I presume a stretch somewhere around 2.4 times the height at the start of flowering. Does that sound right? What have you seen? And under those light conditions, what kind of yield might I see off of this phenotype?

Thanks!

Check out the first few pages of the Main-Lining thread (sticky). Nugbuckets demonstrates with an AOS, and there are pictures from before, during, and after bloom.

My 3 phenos were identical in stretch, right at double give or take a few inches when flowered right around 12" tall untopped. I had great yields off all 3 phenos, around oz each under a 400 watt hps, 1 gallon smart pots in coco. Two are hybrids with the sandalwood smell and the other is a BCS dom with a amazing Baja Blast smell. The BCS dom is my favorite so far, not only is the taste amazing, it is more resinous than the other 2 and has a denser bud structure. I have been very pleased with them all around, much more resinous compared to the many other strains I have run over the past few years.

Spicy and TK, Thanks very much for the info! Medical: The rare extreme Sativa Phenotype might exibit close to 3x stretch. I've never seen it personally, especially as medical grade Sativas are a much smaller percentage from the sativa landrace genepool than Indicas. If only because Indicas were begun to be selectively bred up to 10,000 years ago, whereas Sativas are only catching up in potency due to concerted medical interest in the modern day. I'd imagine that those super sativas tend to be more rope than dope unless seriously bred and crossed for potency. Add the fact that breeders will breed out stretch for other considerations most days of the week, and you just won't find many in the ol' seed catalog.

Of course you guys knew most, if not all, of that. I just get on a good roll, and I end up lecturing. Please don't think that I presume that you don't already know my pontifications.

About the Stativa thing, I got a jack herer that looks haze dom, and i8t quadruples it size in flower streacthes for 4 weeks. as my Ace of spades only doubles it size
