adapter and fan help!!!

I am having the hardest time finding a transformer for my new sqirrel fan, it is 12 volts 1.34 ma. is there a way to convert a transformer that puts out less energy into one that puts out more? do you think i would get more or less airflow if i just switched to a standard computer fan the same size that is rated 12 volts .19 amps? i have 2 squirrel fans on my small veg cab and they arent doing much good keeping the box temp low.

nevermind this post, i would like to say the standard fans are MUCH stronger than those dumb squirrel fans, and by just switching the fans i have almost trippled air flow. should be smooth sailing now...
