Add fluoro to my HPS vegging?

Was just wondering if I should add this 20w cool white fluro tube to my 400hps grow while it vegges. The hps is a hortilux bulb that has some blue spectrum, but I was wondering if I'll get even more blue and green from adding a 20w cool white fluoro. If its not gonna make a difference i'll take it out, so advice please!

I just dont know if the same blue spectrum is gonna be in my 400hps light already. So I dont want to waste electricity for nothing ya know? I know its only a 20w fluoro but still... Is it gonna be worth it? Please no more questions for answers

The more light the better my friend. Thats how i look at it.

1 20w might not do much.

I added 4 23watt CFLs to the bottom half of the plants, it improved the bushiness whilst the 400w HPS gets the tops.

20 is more than 0 but yes i do also think itd be best to get a few more
