Add Intake Fan?

Hi Fella's,
my current set up includes x1 400 HPS,125L Ruck and Rhino CF for exhaust,with x2 passive intakes.They are in a self built cupboard in my Attic which measures:
7' high,7 long,3.5' wide.
Basically,i'm looking for a slightly larger set up as i don't think i'm utilizing the space as i should.I want to add one more 400 HPS and grow 12 plants instead.
Thing is,as it's in a Attic room it can get kinda warm in Summer[even in England!!] as you might guess. So adding another 400,i'm thinking......time for active intake.As i have mentioned what i have at the moment,and baring in mind the room size,what size fan should i have for intake? Could i get away with a cheap 4'' Inline fan? Funds being tight an all!
Also,if i did get the intake fan,would that mean sealing off the passives too or leaving them to help the lil' 4'' fan?
Really want a bigger set up,but don't want a Sauna!...lol

I've 'suffered' a loft grow in U.K. using a 600 and its hard work.
IMO there's really only one way to do it.
The intake has to come from either outside or from within the house, NOT from within the loft area.
You get very little cooling if the intake air is 100F+.
Also watch out for the flying pigs. Worth checking if they have a chopper in your county. A lot of Americans will call BS on this but trust me. In the UK, it happens. I have personal experience.

ull probably benefit more from a portable ac unit than another fan if your doing an attic grow. shit gets real hot

Yeah,that's a good idea,a lil' portable AirCon unit on wheels.Mind you,don't they fuck with the Humidity?

i have a portable a/c that cools, and dehumidifies. just make sure that you collect the water that condenses instead of having it drain outside. cuz that shit stinks
