Adding a few COBS

I have a 230 watt LED light now and was thinking I would add some light and learn how to build my own lights. The issue I have is how much is to much light? Can I add 4 cobs in front of the light I have and be ok?
I have a 3x3 Gorilla grow tent. I believe its 7 foot tall

with high performance cobs people usually aim for 35W per sqf, so 35W x 9 SQF = 315W give or take

I am watching Growmau5 and trying to learn. I want the best possible light for my area. I was thinking or picked the Mean Well HLG-185H-C Or HLG-240H-C Series running 3 cobs. I am still watching to learn how to add a dimmer
