Adding more light?

I have a very small grow in a mylar tent that's 2x4x5. I have a 250 w hps in there now but I'm wondering if I put in my other 150 watt hps in there if I would acvtually have 400 watts of light in there or is it still just going to be 250 watts??? Thanks!

Umm, if you add both lights then yea, you have 400 watts of light in there lol.

Unless im misunderstanding your question?

thanks! that's what I figured but wasn't exactly sure. My last grow I just used the 150 and it was kind of airey and spindly. I was going to try the 250 this time but the I started thinking I'd just put them both in

I just bought the 250. Used the 150 for the last grow which came out kinda airey and spindley. I just started thinking I may as well try them both
