Advanced nutrients?????

I know some people say AN is overpriced but for maybe 20% mark up than other nutrients ehhhh why not. They have so many products im confused what to use for veg and what to use for flower???? (non organic hydro)
They have a few bundles which range from hobbyist to grand master grower simple enough but then they have a ton of other products grow a & b, sensi grow, micro grow,a ton of bloom enhancers ect

I just switched from sense non pH Perfect to pH perfect in the last 2 cycles. My first run with it I did not like it. I kept trying to pH it because it wasn't staying at 5.7, it was more like 6.5.
I talked to AN tech support about it and they said not to pH it at all. I was skeptical as all hell, but for real, second run, I did no ping all the way through and it ran just fine. If you are going to run the pH Perfect don't pH it, don't even look at your pH. pHing will fuck it all up.

AN Bloom boosters are worth every penny.
Ignitor (first 2 weeks)
Big Bud (week 2 up unitl the last 2 weeks)
OverDrive (Last 2 weeks)

If you want to pay top dollar, the other additives are premium, but you can always find less expensive alternatives that work.

Never been a fan of Big Mikes money machine myself , his company is known for its shady practices and they are not always correct with labeling , there Iguana Juice was no organic and is no longer due to labeling inconsistencies and more ...

Sure some of there lineup works well but again its overpriced and bullshit in essence .. Beware of the Jungle Juice there cheap 3 part they attempt to compare to General Hydroponics , being a Master Grower with 24 years experience I am sad to say that product will change your plants structure for the worst ..

I could continue on and on about the bullshit they push and how bunk and defective there Ballasts and Fans ect are .. So there you have a little of the truth behind one of the biggest scams around ..

And to think , they sell more water than anything else with there bottled lineup !

  • Thats not true man, my buddy runs Jungle Juice and sticks with his exact Flora Series Feeding. It is the same. I don't know what people are talking about when they say you have to feed heavier or run it any different. Its super inexpensive. Have you actually used it? I can't say I have, but a close friend runs it and for real, it runs the same.
Yes Big Mike is kind of a duche.

And Thump, I have never used Monster Bloom, but BB does not suck by any means.

Best thing to do is go on eBay and purchase the 2oz or 4oz bottles of Advanced Nutrients, you can mix and match a bundle of 4 nutrients for $34 bucks, theyve got all Advanced Nutrients in small bottles except for the Jungle Juice. You do wanna get some Jungle Juice though.

Heard from a bird that for veg he uses Jungle Juice, Big Bud, Bud Candy, B-52, and Bud Factor X. For flower he uses Bud Ignitor, Big Bud, Nirvana, and Overdrive. His plants look like their on steroids.......

Sad to say it is true and I have ran this product Jungle Juice with cuts I have ran for over a year and immediately I noticed structural changes in the plants that were not normal , excessive stretch and lower yields to match ...

I am a Hydroponics Tech and unfortunately I have to sell this shit to the public with a smile but when not working I tell it as it is .. Your Jungle Juice is junk and if you want a low price for the bang and want results I highly recommend Cutting Edge 3 part , it kicks ass over all of Big Mikes Bullshit

But by all means please continue to endorse as you like , luckly we get to choose our nutrients , or else I wouldnt even bother .......

Not to sound rude but... honustly? 24 years? Highly doubt that
Well not everyone on here is a child , some of us recall Nixon and the begining of the Drug war along with Reagan and such .. I can honestly say I was afraid of Operation Green Merchant back in the late 80s ..

If you would like reference of my character I can gladly provide such .. My mentors and are old school like myself , Ae77 ( Aeric77 ) Kak1963 and I can offer a few more if you like my friend as its all good .. No issues here and youll find out I dont have time to talk smack on this kool aid channel like most of the kids here ..

I have used foxfarm, general hydro, nectar for the gods, botanicare, technaflora and for the first time AN. I have had good results with all. I grow mostly in dirt mixed with coco p and perlite and vercmiculite my own personal blend. Whether sativa or indica didn't matter I am seeing AN to have the best results so far. I don't see what people are talking about price though? There are priced comparable to most others I have used. I do have a massive water purifier and my water is ph 6.2 all the time but I think I am going to stick with AN for now as I don't really care much about pure organic anymore. My two cents.

I agree, once you look at actual application rates, AN is not much more expensive. Its far more concentrated than other "Inexpensive" lines.
Jungle Juice is no different than Flora.. sounds like you just have a chip on your shoulder with Big Mike. You can't hate him for saving you money if you use a 3 part.

The bird you heard from is off on what he is using for veg… Big Bud and Bud X are Bloom Boosters and are for flower.
Stick with the JJ, B52, Voodoo through veg. You could also use Bud Candy.

Yea, I'm really loving that aspect. I hardly use anything and my plants look great!

Recommend the Sensi A&B Grow and Bloom. Very easy to apply with excellent results. I also suggest VooDoo Juice and B-52 from the start. The root growth more than makes it worth the price and, if PROPERLY applied per direction or less, will last more than a few grows. I use in DWC and in soil.

I have my original bottles of B-52 and VDJ. I use that little of them but still get noticeable results in rooting.

In soil I also suggest Nature's Way beneficial microbes.

Yea if you make a brew/tea with the beneficial, they really go a long way. Tarantula multiplies like a virus in a good tea.
