Hi guys,
I just want to say something about what I have noticed on this forum. Firstly, I am also a complete newb too. I just put a small room together and have my first plants growing as we speak.
What I have noticed is that there are a lot of new growers that are trying to do too much too fast. Guys, you need to slow down! There is no need to dump $1000 into your first grow! I understand that it is exciting to grow your own weed, but there is no shame in starting small. Starting out on a low scale allows you to learn. Think about it, do you expect to be able to take care of 50 plants if you're unsure if you can grow only 1? Experience and learning from mistakes is more important than the equipment you are using.
Another thing, READ THE FORUMS! I haven't been a member for very long, but I am already getting tired of seeing repeat questions. I can only imagine how crazy that drives the vets around here. Especially when many of them have taken their own time to make step-by-step tutorials on the very questions you are asking. The answers are out there, do your own research, and quit being lazy and look for yourselves. Chances are, you will stumble across information about another topic you were curious about. Take notes, and as you learn, refine your techniques. Whew....felt good to get that out.....Just my 2 cents.
Good luck guys
