The ONLY autos i found to grow and finish within 7-9 weeks from seed are Afghani's, domina dominant (lol) crosses, and a Blueberry i grew. All other autos i tried take almost as long as a photo, or longer a couple times (i had a 108 day think different that was still 2 weeks min from finish plucked it anyways was crap). The autoflower weed is pretty potent, especially the afghani's and yields are equiv to same size photo plant if you train is well. I average 1.5-2+ OZ from a 20 inch tall auto plant.

for a fast auto look at sweet seed "speed +" and "sweet skunk" that really finish in 7 weeks

You can grow a bunch a plants 12/12 from seed, that's not a traditional SOG. Semantics. SOG is clones straight to 12/12, usually done with a strain that is conductive to that style of grow, like the one you mentioned above. You should really wait for a plant to be mature before you flower her-and usually that takes minimum 40 days from seed.

55 days is a fast flowering time for most strains, I would be impressed if you were getting good results in less then 75 days from germ/sprout with the 12/12 from seed method.

i've made a couple of SOG in a DR90,

-24 3L pot
-24 critical + dinafem

i've give them 10 (600w), 15 (400w) to 21 day ( 250w) of grow
,you can also only wait they are at least 10 cm tall,
after that i put them to 12/12 for 55 day

I didn't read your post right-I'm half asleep. I thought you were suggesting 12/12from seed.

i grew a lot of critical + i could cut some at 45-48 day (bloom) i like when they had 50/50 cloudy/amber trichrome so i cut them around day 55-day 60 i get 300g at least its true from clone i can get more but our pals start from seeds...
