So, i started 5 plants back in april. Three if them were autoflowering and it worked out great. The remaining two are now just over 6ft each and have ONLY JUST started flowering stage.. i have two questions, firstly are they going to be ready before the cold comes along and wipes them out? but secondly, i MADE them start flowering by covering them to reduce light but as theyve now grown too big, ive had to rebuild their shelter and the new one doesnt cut out as much light. Can they revert back to the stage before budding?

I wunder if maybe the stress could turn them into herms... i had my crop last year fail to produce anything because the lighting was switched to 12/12 and then switched back to 24hr all within a month. I was unaware of this problem. (Sabatoge)

you are probably far enough into your season that they will continue to flower. If you all ready have enough structure to tarp them just use a clear covering for rain and frost. a heater if you need to.

They were started in april and left to their own devices, they only started showing clear signs of flowering about a week ago though. Am really hoping that their going to be okay. Would be a shame to waste a 6ft plant

Id take more chance with letting them go and keeping them warm with what ever you can come up with. I wouldnt screw with the lighting... u may end up like me last year with nothing at all... :S

They look fine to me, last couple weeks of October harvest. Lot's of rain in the UK, yes? Just keep a good look out for bud rot; that s it will wipe out a 6 foot plant in less than a week...gotta keep those girls nice and dry. We get fog and dew here in NorCal this time of year so every morning I go out and give my girls a good shake and then let the sun dry 'em off.

Yea, a fair bit of rain. They are constantly covered with a self-made tarpulin tent looking structure. Plenty of space and free flowing air. Just covered from above to block out heavy rain and also help block out the light in the evenings. Trying to keep them as natural as possible..
