First any idea why my plants are so small there 28 days old and about 4 inches tall

Secondly do they have nutrient burn or lack nutrients (no nuts av been added yet

I'm growing in soil, using herbies fast n vast auto flowers, under 300w Mars hydro led

Hmm that could be tricky. You probably have nute burn judging off what I see. You have healthy lush plants and severe burning on the tips, curling down tips could be nitrogen tox. You can flush the soil a bit with water to help get some of the amendments out, hopefully making your soil a bit lighter on nutes. Your problem then could be needing amendments while you finish your grow. I assume you might have thought that purchasing this soil would get you through the whole grow without nutes? If that is what your goal is, next time you can make your own soil. Much, much easier than you think and you're in more control.
