Advice needed with Main-lining

Hi Everyone,
Old fart about to commence first grow. I’ve decided to have a crack at main-lining and I have a few questions regarding transplanting. I’ll be growing one plant, Kosher Kush, in a 80cm x 80cm x 180 cm tent. Mars Hydro TS 1000 led grow light. I’ve read that to prevent, or lessen the chance, of getting root-rot/bound, I should grow my plant in the appropriate size container according to the growth stage of the plant. I intend to start the seed in a jiffy pellet and then into a 5 litre grow bag, (do I need something smaller in between the jiffy pellet and the 5 litre grow bag?) then finally into about a 30 litre grow bag.
When I commence main-lining, would I need to have this finished before I finally transplant seedling to 30 litre grow bag? I guess what I’m asking is, do I need to complete the complete main-lining process in the one pot before transplanting?
Thank you.

I try to switch to 12/12 a few weeks after moving to the final pot. Gives the plant time to recover from the transplant and plenty of root space and nutrients for flower.
So yes, i would recommend the mainline be complete before moving to the final flower pot.

ok folks. Pretty excited. First grow and my first seed has just sprouted. I'm only growing one plant at a time.
Do I leave this plant as it is in the jiffy pellet until I see roots coming out of the bottom before I replant into a solo cup or do I replant into the solo cup now. Thanks.

Thanks Kovid I wondered about that. I have a 10 litre ( 2.5 gal grow bag) Is this too big for the jiffy pellet?

no just may take abit to root so water in a small circle around pellet to let roots seek water then once it established you can soak thru

ignore my previous post about circling you want to soak your coco, it needs to be buffered with calmag preferably before transplant

Yes, been to that site many times reading info. I was going to wait for a week or two and them feed Rhizo before getting on to the main feeding.
