Advice on CO2 (Sealed Room) Or NOT?

I've reached a bit of a Cross-Roads and I could use Advice from some of the more Experienced Growers around here! :bigjoint:

I have been faced with a Blank Canvas that is 8x8x9' (LxWxH). It's a solid constructed room (like brick/cement) with a solid door (that has weatherproofing sidings), which will be insulated and mylar'ed.

Currently only has one spot that can be used as an exhaust, but no intake area.

->Do I Seal-Off the only opening and turn it into a "sealed room project" (or run an exhaust fan on a restricted timer very few times throughout the day), or do I create a second opening and run a basic intake and exhaust setup?

There are Propane Burners/ CO2 Generators, but I don't know about the safety risk of having a propane tank of flame around?! Not to mention the heat build up.

-> I was looking into CO2 Tanks. I Presume I would need a Regulator and want a Controller for the room. (I am just starting my research to be honest, but before pouring hours into this, is it really even worth it?)

...I have a bit of an uneasiness with keeping a CO2 Tank Around (from a safety aspect, it being possibly EX PL0SIVE!, as well as asphyxiation risk with high CO2 Levels).
^Are there Legitimate worries or am I just over thinking? Like when they say Butane Extraction is DANGEROUS... yes, only if you do not employ the proper safety precautions?

Can I still run a Carbon Filter + Inline Fan (only recirculating air in the room, to remove smell)?

First you're safe as CO2 is an inert gas and will not explode or accelerate combustion. Look at tanks and regulators in your situation.

You're still going to need to exhaust heat somehow

Honestly unless you are kicking ass already with light and good nutes I would spend there before CO2. Personally.
What lights do you run presently?
Heat is Not an Issue. Humidity maybe...

Currently used a Portable Ac (ONLY to dehumidify), and I had to run a mini room heater on full (as that made the room a little cold). It was slightly Chillier than 76F (25C) [On] and 68F (20C) [Off].
...Without the Ac on DEhumidifing Temp was Steady 78C (26C) at canopy level.

1600W (Real Watt) Vero 29's. Evenly Spread Across a 4x8 Footprint. (about 11" apart from each other)

My Main Concern was more of Safety. As it's a medical grow but I have others living with me and I'd hate to blow them up.:clap:

My Secondary Concern would be the Logistics (getting CO2 containers filled, getting the right equipment), shouldn't be thattt difficult. Will Probably Go With a Titan Controller, as I remember looking into those a Lot in the past, but I'll still check others. Haven't looked at regulators or tanks yet.

And then I need to figure out Odour Control... Will this be an issue in a Sealed Room With No Ventilation. Or will a Simple inline+filter recirculating inside the room be enough?
...ORRRR do I keep that ventilation hole and exhaust out air for a few minutes every X hours. (Some people say you don't need Any intake/exhaust on a sealed room?)
