Yep, use those nutes myself. However, let's start with those seeds. You need to get a heating mat it will help a lot especially if it's cold.
Ok, now for the nutes. You need to go here http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/soilfeed.pdf and follow it exactly. With the soil you're using you won't really need any nutes for a few weeks. You will have everything you need in the soil for a good two weeks or more. If this is a first grow it will take you a little while to get used to when the plants actually move from sprouts to actually a veg state. There is a difference.

Also, you need to pick up a few more things. Make sure you have Big Bloom, you will use it more than any of the other products. Also, Grow Big and Tiger Bloom. You will use Grow Big during veg and Tiger Bloom in flowering. Also, it's not totally necessary but I would recommend Open Seasame, Beastie Blooms and Cha Ching during the flowering stage. They definitely help. I also move to molasses in the last few weeks of flowering. There are a lot of great nutes on the market but I've had good results from Fox Farms products.
