Advice on what PPM/PH meter to buy

Title says it all; looking to spend around 160. A lot of them seem to only go to 2000ppm, this seems a little low.

I am in the market as well and need some good reviews. I am looking at a meter by Hanna Instruments that measures all three EC/TDS/pH in one probe. ITs $200. Any reviews?
