hi all,

sorry to be covering this subject again but i thought i would have better luck in this section.

im 56 days into flower and i started flushing 3 days ago i plan to flush for 10-14 days, i have noticed that alot of the leaves feel very dry to touch from what i can gather is that is part of the plant coming to the end of its cycle. i have one concern tho on one of the plants the top bud looks very dry(heat problem maybe?). is this something i should be worried about? or maybe is it a case that i may need to cut down this plant early?

any advice would be much appreciated.

Gotta tell ya Bro. the cola looks bad! How close is she to your light(s)? I noticed that the other buds looked good & green. How about your Nutes? I just had nute burn on my Sativa, but she came out of it pretty good. She looks more burnt than anything. You know, you can chop the top and still let the rest grow til your ready, but from what I see, it kinda looks ready now.

It does look burnt. This happened to me once cause I vegged too long and they grew like crazy in flower. So close to the light the top colas burnt like yours. I would chop it off and the let the rest of the buds ripen.

cheers for the replies guys im using no nutes at the moment as i am in the process of flushing, if i removed the top cola would the rest of the plant grow as normal? im guessing that the light must have caused it but the other 2 plants are ok apart from this one.

The rest will do fine. I actually take some buds off as they ripen cause some are done before others. By taking the top off, you will get more light to the rest.:peace:
