Advice please

okay i have my seeds in soil and they are now starting to pop through the soil and sprout and grow the 2 little leafs and they are now under CFL light on them and i have plastic wrap over them to keep moister in, so can you please give me advice to keep them healthy and strong growing with how often to water them and ect. Thanks.

you say there in veg?

you have to let them dry a but to air gets to the roots

Take the wrap off and check the soil, if its damp leave it, if its moist, give a little water and let it completly dry out again, and do that over and over. Just never over water, only water ever other day or ever 3 days until it builds a big root system and can absorb more
