advice with potting size

I have 4 plants vegged about 8weeks they are in 3.5gl pots is this going to be okay to flower with or shou ld I move up to 5gl first time soil grower appreciate the help thanks

if your height to your reflectors will allow for 5 to 6 foot plants go to 5 gallon. if you have 4 ft or less stay in the 3.5 gal bucket. i have 6 ft clearance i use 4 and 5 gal buckets soil grower. bigger plants go outside the reflector canopy and if needed are supplimented with vho cfl's near the tops. good luck bro

when you flower they will stretch, and double or possibly triple in height fyi...

If they have been in those pots for 8 weeks of veg, then yes, I would highly recommend you upcan them before switching to 12/12. Your plants will appreciate it.
