Aerogarden First Grow need help plz

its all good even if they do turn out to be all male at least I know the basis of growing and know how to handle shit just got a ak47 seed today and mylar some y-sockets and got a question can you use foam hair rollers for the ag I read on ehow you can?
 
Yeah that would work, i haven't heard of that but it makes sense, and if you read it some where then it should be fine.
i dont think they all will be males, i bet that will be the only one, gotta stay positive :D
 
check my new setup. really thinkin the one to the right is a male gonna wait a couple more days to see the sex of the other one if its male ima keep em both but if not ima chunk it if dey are ima try to get some seeds then start workin on my next grow after I can get the seeds. unless the seeds gonna be male or is it 50/50?

I like the new set up, as for the seeds, any seeds you make, with a male and female, there is always a 50/50 chance of female/male ratio
 
ight well still hoping the one to the left is a female if not oh well i still got some seeds out of it waitin on my ak-47 to germ gonna start it wit 12/12 from start so I can start it along wit my other plants.
 
finally all the suspense was killin me but spotted a few pistils starting to form :mrgreen::mrgreen: cant get a good pic of em not that big but heres some pics

just readin through your thread, congrats on the fem! i have my first aerogarden grow going on right now too, i started with 2 and had 1 male. mine is not nearly as bushy as yours but it is gettin alot of buds going. i never check the ph or change the res though, i am a rookie so i was just tryin it as simple as possible and it seems to be workin. looks good, keep it up, i enjoy seeing that other people are going through the same shit i am. i stress like crazy about them all the time too, got a little better when i had a clear cut female.
 
gittn bigger 14 in now pistils startin to pop up everywhere starting to stink in my closet too:weed:

Don't know much about what the timing is SUPPOSED to be as I'm new at this. Don't even know what kind of lights but all of my plants grow best under "full spectrum lights" These are also called rainbow lights and are the kind used in OTT lights. I was told 16 hours on, but this doesn't correspond to other sources. I've only gotten into this on a dare because I can grow almost anything. Just got started with seeds that were given to me. Of course my plants aren't any where near as big. Maybe it's just your pictures, but the plants look very yellow. If that is the actual color they're getting too much light. Hope this helps butterflymary
 
naw bruh its my cam and the cfls I keep my light 12/12 for flower they do look a bit brighter in the pics my plants in person do look good though need to get a real camera im using a good cam phone thanks though you should start a grow journal man sounds like you know what your doing.
 
just changed the nutes and water with a new tub to clean out the old one a few leaves are starting to fall off at the bottom just the small ones not a lot but still what might this mean? Anyway here some pics

Good work bro everything looks good for a first timer (like me), I am a little behind you into day 6 flower, can't wait to find out how many females I get... Cna you get some lights right above your lady? Try covering the top with some CFL's keep those buds compact.
