Designing a system to delivery 10-40 microns is the easy part. Designing a system to maintain a specific environment is also easy. The hard part is figuring out the right balance. In order to find the right balance, you need a system that has controls. Controls are the main ingredient in any mechanical system. Every plant is also different, so what works for Basil, might not work for Cilantro etc..

That's what we are doing. We are developing a commercial system that is modular, scalable, heavy duty and has controls.

P.S. an accumulator serves a mechanical purpose.. it relieves stress on the pump, thus increasing pump life. If your lines are "snapping" and the systems vibrates heavily, the system is poorly designed. For smaller systems you can simply use high pressure water arrestors. Guys spending $200+ on an accumulator for a small Aerosystem are wasting money. A simple $30 Arrestor from Watts or Precision Plumbing would accomplish the same thing for the most part. Unless you are using larger pumps with a lot of flow, an accumulator tank is not always needed.

Sorry, every second time I reload the page- it shows a black player loading to the right of my post but it says "you are missing the plugin to play the video- click here to download the plug-in" ... However when I click on it It begins a download and I'm afraid to complete it because it seems malware-ish...

Are you sure your only into pot? My suggestion is that you trip in front of the tube, who knows what kind of virus you'll catch yourself on an online trip.

lol, I can't even get it to show back up now... I was gonna take a screenshot so you didn't think I'm crazy. You'll notice the most current top post is slid to the left with a large margin to the right- that space to the right is where it was showing, but now it's just blank... ANd that's if you are even having the same experience as me...

I've got the business plan figured out.. I'm just here fishing for talent :P. Like I said, I can design a system with the necessary controls. However, I can't even keep a house plant alive, much less pretend to be a commercial grower.

I know the real talent for indoor growing is going to be found on forums like this. I'll be going public with what we are doing soon enough. We will be forming a paid board of directors, I'd rather fill it full of raw talent as opposed to empty suits with degrees.

I also don't care if you're stoned or not.. I'm an advocate myself. Does that answer your question :eyesmoke:

Edit: Oh and btw.. We are going to be testing a single nozzle design capable of 5 microns. According to the manufacturer, it should be able to fill a 32 cubic foot chamber in under 20 seconds. The Company is Hart Environmental, Inc.

In order to build recognition for our Company.. we will be sharing ALL of our R&D with the public...

Funny, I had an idea that might have been the case. Your 5 microns won't work btw, it's too small to support growth in much anything more than lettuce, but not large plants...

The nozzle is capable of 5 microns.. it's also capable of 30, 50 etc.. The point is range of control :P

There is talent here no doubt about it, but most of us are content in keeping this our hobby/supplemental income rather than our living. I myself take pride in being my own man. I haven't worked for anyone in years, I make a comfortable living doing what I do, and there is no stress involved (I don't grow pot by the way). Prior to my current career I was a Construction superintendent for a commercial development company. I have personally managed the complete ground up development of close to 1 million sf in my locale. I have worked directly with all walks of life. From assholes to intellectuals. I've come to the conclusion that I prefer the calm everyday living I enjoy now over the stressful 16 hour days I spent building temporary empires for others.

Furthermore, it really seemed that our opinions and critiques of your current design thus far, were already met with roadblocks of unproven and even untested design theories. I cant answer for everyone, but maintaining an open mind and taking heed to an opinion based on a bit of experience would be required in an employer I would consider working for. Otherwise, what would be the point of my employment. Our opinions are offered to you just as they are offered to a complete beginner. What you do with them is completely up to you. It really makes no difference to us.

Building empires is my hobby.. start-up's are very stressful, but oh so much fun when they work out.

Having everything figured out and having something that works can be very different. Hell, buying a proven system and getting it to work can be hard enough..just ask a few atomix owners lol

Waiting on tooling right now. Having the root chambers spun molded out of HDPE. I'm in line behind some big oil & gas clients at Freemanroto, no love for me right now.

I've got several different nozzles in-route. I still need to install the medical compressor (1HP dental compressor) and install the RO system. The CEA test-room is built, about 400 S/F with a 1 ton split. I've got T5's and some EFDL's we are going to play with. Might try LED's but I just don't see them worth the money. We have the 1HP rotary atomizer as well.. I may just throw that on my back deck, it would make one hell of a mister!

I'm getting there though.. I'll put it all up on Youtube..
