Aeroponic clone transplant Questions Super Lemon Haze

Hello i have a few clones that where cut 7 days ago, they already have a root system and i would like to ask the community about some ideas i had.







Question

1. Are the roots big enough to transplant?





2. I cut this First week of bloom when i was clearing the under canopy of the grow, It looks like some of them are trying to flower but they are under 24 hour Florescent lights, Are they worth keeping?
or will they revert back to veg?



3. The plant it self has not grown at all other then a few of them spouting little flowers.. why have they not grown at all and or is it because they are only using all their energy to make roots?



3. I have 2 mother plants that i tested with different soil mediums. 1 with Full mini rock-wool cubes and 1 70%coco 30% peril-light. The Rock wool mother is about 8 inches bigger and double the trunk size. Looks healthier and is putting up about 10 more clones a cutting. How will the clones do in the rock wool mini cubes?







4. if i put them in the rock wool-cubes will i have to feed them more often because it doesn't keep the moisture as well?



And because i know you guys like pics, i have a grow tent with 22 SLH week 3 of bloom in a Ebon Flow system, co2 with 3k lights.

2. Yes they will revert to veg but it will add 7-14 days and u will see strange looking growth.
3. Plants grow when they have everything they need, including roots and nutes.
3b. I dont like rw. No media is needed and much easier.
4. Dont know, wouldnt use it.

4. Uh, no I don't think so. If there even is a difference in how it retains nutes and moisture, it's probably negligible in comparison. And yeah, what superstoner said.

keep the super clones for mothers. They will sprout new branches like a mother fucker and are no good for SOG or tight grow like your doing. I get £7 a pop for superclones.

Like most everything else, I learned the hard way about taking cuttings from plants after flowering switch-----my policy is DON'T DO IT even 1 or 2 days after switch.

Experience I had was not good at all------big time delay and got some hermies.

Agree with superstoner also-----ditch the medium (what function does it serve?)

Also; I would bend and tie the uppermost stems to create a flatter canopy ( double sided velcro works well, can be found at some Lowes and most hydro shops)

Hydro is the ""New"" thing in WA state lol. Everyone Hears it cuts time off of cycles, True and not for exp hydro and aero guys. I have another system they we made thats all soilless hydro in baskets, 40 jets for each root ball in 7 gall buckets with a recirculating system. After 4 grows We have got 2 strains from 7-8 week strains to 6 weeks flat with about 1 ounce more per plant. But once again comes down to the clones and 100% of them where in soil or coco. We have found there is a shock period once transplanted in to the system (We have to make sure all the coco or soil is off of them) that last about 4-6 days where they don't grow. If in the mini rock wool cubes we wont have to disrupt the root system at all during transplant nor need to worry about build up of soil or coco for the sprayers.

Sorry to ask another question but i have poped a few seeds for mt first time. we want to keep our own mothers for these so we are going to keep the strongest out of all of them and bloom the rest.

I getting some weird Browning on the leaves and a bit of yellowing. am i being a over protective parent about this or should i act now?

The tallest stems set the heigth of the lights-----which means your lower buds are receiving less light. At 16" below a 1k light is around 10K foot candles (full sunlight intensity)-----At 32" is only aroung 2500 fc----inverse square law of light (artifical light ofcourse).
