Aeroponic Cloner - Cutting an Already Cut Clone That is Currently Rooted in Rockwool

Hey everybody, I'm new here, a first time grower getting everything set up. I just finished an aeroponic cloner and I want to throw some clones in and see if I can get them to root. The thing is I don't have any mother plants, all I have are clones from my dispensary that are already rooted in rockwool. I'm going to go ahead and put some of them in a cap ebb & gro, but with a couple more I'm going to try to remove them from the rockwool as carefully as I can and place in the cloner. My question is, would it be another option to cut the clones at the top of the rockwool and place those cuttings in the cloner to re-root? Or would that shock them too much?

Thanks for looking and glad to be here!

That would be fine to cut them but i would let them feed for a couple of days before doing it. It takes a lot from the cuttings to make roots without having anything to eat.

I say take the clone and put in some Fox Farm soil. Stick it under the lights for a few weeks and let it grow out. Now you won't risk loosing the strain and can take as many clones as you need. When you get enough cuttings mix up some of Sub-Cool's super soil recipe and transplant into a 7-10gal pot. Finish out the plant in the flowering room. Be sure to save some of the buds so you can compare them to the hydro grown samples.

Good Luck bro!

i'd do what stinkbuddy said but yes, i've cloned cloned clones before and it was a slowwww process... much safer to veg that puppy out and take clones later.
