I want to say it is a deficiency. If you are not using tap water you must also add cal-mag to supplement your plants. These minerals are present in tap water however. On your next water change add some cal-mag or use tap water. Also you may be underfeeding a bit. I usually follow the directions @ 50%. What you are putting in there is a little less that what I give my plants per 4 liters. But my strain loves nutes.

MAKE SURE YOU PH THE WATER.

yes, you should be closer to 5.7, but I still think you are underfeeding them. I would start experimenting upwards with your nutes ASAP.

Well the dropper is better than nothing, but you really need to know your ph and you also need to know your PPM. But back to your problem, I wonder if your municipal water is missing some things and without PPM we have no idea. I would buy and use cal-mag at 50%. I have this on a few of my lower leaves and cal-mag did the trick. The rest of the plant turned out lush and green.

I think there is a differentiation between my tsp and your tsp # of ml, so just follow the directions at 50% strength and experiment upwards.

I think it may be two things:

a.) Maybe nute burn. The 1st thing a lot of new growers do is get 'nute happy'. Make sure that you're not over doing it.
b.) Also it can be an air source problem. Do you have a fan circulating just hot air in the room? If so, that'll do it to. You need to have a open spot where the fan can draw in fresh air into the room. A lot of people overlook this aspect. Air circulation, especially at the young stage, is absolutely critical.

Hope this helps.
