Aeroponics PH help!!!!!!!

My plants are 4 weeks old and I ph my water to 5.0 then added my nutes. I'm using humboldt nuts and following the oneness feeding schedule at 1/2 strength. Within 6-8 hours my ph went above 6? Does anyone have any ideas what may be going on?

Welcome to hydroponics bro. Adjust it back down and hope it stays there for a while.

You could have something growing in the res. Try draining and flushing your system and cleaning it out really good. Also you should adjust your pH after you add nutes.

5.0 seems a little low to me 5.8-6.2 is where i run. could be the funk. maybe chg water again.

need more information to know whats going on. medium, type of water used, how big is res etc. worst thing you can do is chase ph. anything between 5.5 and 6.6 has the ability to uptake nutes.fact is some mutes req higher or lower ph than we normally run. if your below 5 or over 7 it needs adjusting.

Ph always gets crazy for a minute when feeding, but then it seems to iron out after about 10 hours.. I agree 5.6 -6.3 is where you need to be.

How does everything look? Any spots or discoloration?
