Hey bro... looking official with the dual reducer enclosure action going on.... That thing looks like a spaceship, haha.
Here's something you might try later if things get warmer again. My suggestion is to set things up kind like my closet... here's what I mean. Right now you have 1 inline fan exhausting the grow room air, then cooling the light. You might make things cooler simply by making the intake air cooler. I mean instead of the vortex fan drawing warm air from the grow space, hang that ducting over the door and let it hang down as low as possible, drawing cool, low to the ground, non-grow room air, push that over your light.
My guess is that the lower air temps will lower the temp of the light significantly, and lower the temp of the grow space. So... I think by taking away the grow room 'exhuast' you will eliminate the need for a grow room exhaust (at least while the door is open). Does that make any sense? I don't know if it would work like I hope, and it seems like you have things figured out for the time being, but thought I'd give you that idea in case you get bored over the weekend.
edit: I just looked again and you don't have a door, haha. Whatever, just get the intake a foot away from the grow space real close to the ground. With the 'door' open all the time, there is no need for a room exhuast for anything other than heat (in my mind anyways) especially with all your floor fans.
