What do you guys do about the water temp when it gets too warm. iv been constantly adding broken ice to try n cool it but it just dosent stay.


does anyone else have this problem with the aerogarden?

From my experience if my water temps are to high then my ambient temps are to high. Try keeping a fan on your setup to cool down your ambient temps. I would think by throwing in ice in the AG res it would shock the roots if to much is thrown in.

yeah iv had a fan in and out cause i also use it out my room window. but i got it in there now, i have an air stone too but it still got warm, after i posted this i thought bout it and just put ice in a plastic zip and hung it over the res opening flap. thanks for the input tho

Outside of rot, thats the main reason to keep it cold. Colder it is, the more O2 it can hold. So the air stone is fix, of sorts, for warmer temps.
