Agromax Tent Help

Im going to be going with the agromax 4x4 grow tent, as far as lighting goes i cant decide on which set to get. I want to go with a 600w HPS setup and i have around $200 to budget for lighting. I was going to go with this for $150

It seems like a good deal, i just see alot of people recommend air cooled reflectors rather then the cool tubes. This is my first grow so i plan on growing 2-4 plants in soil. One thing i dont understand is the lighhting for the seedling stage. With a kit like that from amazon, do i just use the MH bulbs from seedling all the way throughout vegging and then switch to the hps bulb when its time to flower?

Otherwise i was going to go with something like this. PLEASE HELP

I'm using a 4x4 tent and I'm running a 1000 hps in a cool tube reflector. I bought my light used and then spent around $60 on the tube. Got it all on Ebay. Good luck

Yup, see what's listed on ebay before you pull the trigger on anything, can often get great deals on lightly used equipment. Check your local craigslist too, mine almost always has lights on it.

How about this? Theres so many different reflectors and bulbs its hard for a first timer buyer!

That'll do it. Has the timer too which saves shipping time. If you're comfortable with the price then go for it. Don't forget you'll need a fan/fans for ventilation and some ducting to join them. Good luck!

Another question i had was about temperature. Im in the midwest so we have pretty cold winters. Would i better off avoiding cool tubes... Im not familiar with "temperature" lighting/issues or im not even sure that has anything to with it lol

I wish i could find an apollo set up like this. Would this be a safe buy? I never really heard of the brand "ipower" but it has everything i think i need to start my grow tent and an air cooled hood
