AHHHH WTF is happening to my plant!!! (PIC INCLUDED!) PLEASE HELP ME!

Can someone please please help me! I think my poor plant is dying!! It is turning brown and dead looking......

Okay, this is whats up:

- it was all fine a few days ago. I noticed the edges of my leaves becoming brown, so i did my research and found out that its heat stress, so i moved my lamps away from the plant a little bit.
- Then i had to go on holidays for about 3 days.
-Before i left for 3 days, i gave it a nice water so i could wait till i got back to water it again.
- I also couldnt leave my lights on it for the 3 days, so i sat it on the window sill for the 3 days.
- it was a hot day on one of the days
- so it was on a window sill, and not watering for 3 days!
- when i got back (tonight) it looks like this!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS OR EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM TO ME! I WOULD VERY MUCH APPRECIATE IT!

doesnt look too bad, but for any problem to be diagnosed properly......WHAT KIND OF SOIL, LIGHTS, NUTES, ETC cmon man I can tell your a noob but more info!

yeah i am! ummm... i just bought "vegetable & Herb soil" for it... i just have 2 desk lamps for it. with a cfl 40watt in each lamp. not using any nutes atm. because i dont know what to buy :/ still looking into it! :/

You've just got a deficiency, nothing at all to worry about or get so excited over, mate.

a deficiency in what??? with the brown disappear or will it stay or fade?

if you have time released nutes in soil its best to flush it out i was having the same problem and my lil girl bounced back major!!!! new growth is coming in like crazy... i had the same problems as you leaves yellowing/browning...

From what I see she missed you while you were away, and a couple of rookie mistakes. First...get a timer for your lights and stop moving her from different light sources, she is a little stressed from that. Secondly be careful when watering for a trip, soggy feet can be worse than drought. Other than that I see she is a little skinny, do you have air flow that makes her wiggle? She is needing to strengthen her stalk up and soon. JAS

I don't know if you are or not but we all started in the same position. The ones that advance faster are the ones that learn from their mistakes and move forward. These sites are good for a guide but for real information a good grow bible is nice to have on hand. JAS
